Paul Jr designs and the Skil Saw Chopper are at Sturgis 2012 this year. Paul is showing off the new custom chopper he built for skil Saw company. This is the custom chopper that paul Jr built on the American chopper show in may of last year. The bike was inspired by the 75th anniversary of the ” worm drive skil saw model 77″ this is the saw they say built America!
The chopper is a stretched out hard tail frame with a Crazy Horse V-Plus 100ci motor with a Baker RSD 6-Speed. The frame has been raked to run extended forks and a 23 inch custom designed front wheel from PJD renegade wheels. It has a hand crafted shorty exhaust that makes the sweetest music you have ever heard. The motorcycle has been painted in the skil saw red and white colors with 75th year anniversary badging all over it. The seat is wrapped in baby cow leather and is soft to your bottom for those long rides down the mountains. The handle bars are paul jr specials hand crafted and set up just right to make it a blast to ride.Paul Jr also built a second chopper on the show that Skil Saw is auctioning off charity. 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the Home depot foundation which is a non profit organization which helps veterans have a place to call home. You can go to this site to bid for the motorcycle. The auction is scheduled for September which is after the sturgis rally this year.
The motorcycles will both be on tour for the month of august and will be retired for the charity in september. This is a great motorcycle and a great charity. Come on out and support the foundation as it helps our veterans coming home from IRAQ and other hot spots all over the world.
