The MobilityWorks Foundation is having its annual auction on Aug 4th 2012 to help support the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). They are auctioning off a 2012 harley davidson Bagger. It has been fully customized by the legendary Jerry Covington of Covingtons Cycle City. Jerry started with a stock 2012 road glide and stripped her down the frame and motor. Then he stretched her out to run a 26 inch front custom spyder wheel. this helps to keep it the best handling motorcycle on the road. Then he made a custom rear fender with filler. A new fully rocking exhaust and finally stretched the gas tank and added dished out tank walls for that down low stylin. Then the painter got the motorcycle and he put a paint job on the bike so deep you could swim in it.
The mobility works foundation is having this auction to help fund programs that help disabled American vets to return to society and thrive and restore their Independence. This harley davidson bagger is just one of four different custom bikes that they are auctioning off. for the next 3 days we will be listing the different motorcycles and who made them and the details on each bike.
The event will be held august 4th 2012 from 6-10 pm Brandview Ballroom 109 E. Harvard Street Glendale, California. The cocktails and silent auction starts at 6 so don’t be late. you can purchase tickets here. after the auction dinner and live entertainment. This is going to be a great event and benefits a great group. Helping disabled vets and getting a chance to bid on one of a kind motorcycles and other donated items is a evening that is meant to be remembered.
So if you want to support a great cause and see some great customer motorcycles go on down to the event and have a great time and bid on some motorcycles. You never know you might just be driving home with this bike.
